Order Processing
Orders are usually processed as quickly as possible.
During peak periods, especially November & December, order processing and fulfillment may take longer than usual due to extremely high volumes.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Friday (AEST) are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday will be shipped on Monday.
